Claim Pro Construction is a locally owned roofing company in business for approaching 2 decades. We have worked with daycare centers to reroof their facilities and recognize that daycare centers have industry specific needs around access and debris that are different from most homes or businesses.
We have developed our child care facility procedures specifically to address the increased risk of having children’s play areas around the building. To this end we schedule to complete the project on the weekend when most facilities are closed to have the smallest impact on your business.
In addition to this each project gets a dedicated site coordinator who’s job it is to ensure that no debris or nails are present on the ground around the building. We also perform a triple magnet sweep with high power magnets to collect all nails that may have fallen during the reroof. This requires 3 separate people to sign off on the removal of any and all debris around the structure because the safety of the children in your care, is our top priority.
